Please include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of the problem.

Common issues

Confirm the host, port, username, and authentication method are correct.
If the app warns about an unknown host key, verify the fingerprint with your server before trusting it.
For local network connections, make sure ShellKey has Local Network permission in iOS Settings.
If a purchase is not showing up, use the Restore button in the ShellKey Pro paywall.
